Description going for something different.....as always.

i really like it thought. simple, almost abstract.....or maybe i'm just up too late.

let me know what you think. i've bee really inspired by other (more talented) vector/vexel artists on DA lately.

amazing stock! absolutely love it all!

(sorry, i don't know why my vectors/vexels always come out looking so grainy....i've tried to fix it, thought i did, but this one definitely is.....i think it's my old-school application. just doesn't wanna cooperate....please forgive, it looks much better on my computer)

EDIT: cropped it a bit, to get the weird, blobbish hand-part off the left....just looked weird.

this is just really nice, the hair is great, and i think the grain actually kinda gives it something, like an old movie poster kinda feel

it's called vectoring....using the pen tool in photoshop only.....DA has a better explanation than i could ever come up with (as do many tutorials on DA as well). you can find some info here: [link]

and here: [link] (this is the one i originally used to learn, a while back, although i've definitely changed and morphed my style from there)
and my style is different than all of these as well.....i've found what i like and what i am capable of and ran with it. and this is fairly different from some of my others. take a look in my gallery if you want more examples. thanks for looking!
