I can't complain about the way you've drawn the shoes (I'm terrible at them myself), but the positioning of the left foot is entirely wrong.

The foot should be pointing toward us. The current position looks extremley uncomfortable and unatural.

The arms are to short. Your hands end about halfway down you thigh.

Speaking of hands it would be nice if he had some. In the positions he holds his arms you should be able to se at least part of both his hands.

The line of the shirt is entirely wrong. You started well, but you kinda curved it towards the middle. As such it really messes up the perspective.

Now the neck. The back of your neck conects to the back of your head, not the middle. The way you've drawn it it looks like his neck starts at his chin.

The mouth is in the wrong place. It ends where the nose begins. Consequently the beard is in the wrong place also. the whole thing should be further right.

Eyebrows? They may not seem like much, but the eyebrows are very important. don't forgat them

And finaly- The ear. In relation to the nose it looks fine. However the giant eyes you've given him make the ear look silly. It should probably be moved up a little, and perhaps a bit further forward. It probably wouldn't hurt if you made it a bit bigger too.

The beard style doesn't really fit in with the rest, but still very good.
