Description
This was drawn from a screenshot of 'Labyrinth' which I currently have as my desktop.Um, took ages. Managed to get through five talking books CDs of 'Emma' whilst sketching.
-Technically- it's fanart but, but it more a landscape....to me at least.
Drawn with 2B,4B and HB pencils. Tinted green in photoshop because it just looks better this way.
Hedges are hard to draw....

Hmm, probably about 4 hours straight. Kinda lost track of time whilst drawing it because I was listening to a book at the same time

I love this. It's like you expect to see the characters going through the maze at any second. Such anticipation. The detail of the cracks on the stone make it especially real.

Yeah, I'm pleased you feel like that, I had a dream - cue odd looks - about this when I broke for sleep and I dreamt I was in the sketch and I kept catching glimpses of the characters before the dissapeared behind a hedge....

This is great! I did a version of the hedge maze myself a long time ago and kinda got carried away... it ended up being 6 or 7 A3 pages big lol
