Did a quick rough sketch in Photoshop the other day, then felt obliged to ink it (in Flash) and add a background in Photoshop (this time painted by myself)The group has taken a break along their journey.
During which, Vix decides to see if she can learn more from the brooding Wolf, who is naturally still apprehensive. Jaz in the background keeps himself out of the conversation (currently of the belief that death befalls those who interrupt Wolves in courtship)
I've grown fond of Vix in recent months, due to her deadliness, moral complexity and skill at embarrassing Wolf.

This is going to be, what I hope, will be in the series I'm developing. The short film I've done is a lead up to this series.
Sam's story continues in the next Wolf short film. At least, that's the plan

Well, actually it's more Jaz's belief than anything.
Afterall, Wolf constantly reminds him that once their quest is over, they will battle again to see who will be the true victor. And this is coming from the same Wolf, prior to Vix joining the group, who asked Jaz to teach him how to "attract a female".

WAHAHA! XD That's great, man. Seriously. I like the perspective and simple, but true to animation, style here. It's like a perfect screenshot, ya know?
And Vix is slowly starting to become a fave character of mine. I think you mentioned it before, but what's her fighting ability, if any?

While Wolf has lived and trained with his Wolven brethren (prior to his banishment), Vix has had to seek out training from various others in her travels. Because of this, she is not prevy to the responsibilities and commitments a Wolf must follow, thus adding to her carefree fem fetal nature.
Her fighting ability is quite similar to Wolf, but she tends to toy with her opponent, often boasting. However, she does have the same instinct that a Wolf possesses (hence the red eyes) and as she partners with Wolf along the way, she learns how to fight truly as a warrior.
Hope that makes sense.
