get a running start (not fast... just fast enough), throw your weight up and turn your body horizontally towards the wall, take as many steps as you can. sometimes it helps to bend your knees a bit.

Is it okay if I use this as a reference for vector art for a poster that will possibly be promoting a sports event? 'Possibly' because it's a preliminary assigment for a school I'm assinging to and I have no idea if they'll use any of the pieces submitted to them.
I'm probably not going to upload the poster anywhere on the internet but I can do it if you want to see the finished piece, even if it won't really be anything that special.

This is a really good shot! Reminds me of parkour. Thank you so much for providing these, I find them really helpful for learning dynamic poses! c:

Wow, how did you manage to do that?

Sunshine114 In reply to Rathika [2011-11-08 15:08:53 +0000 UTC]
back up a distance, get a bit of a run (not to fast), then jump and tilt your body to the side, and run

Ah. I'd never be able to manage that; I won't do anything that makes me feel I'm going to lose my balance and fall.

oh dont worry with enough practice you'll learn how to fall ^_~

My left knee randomly gives out when I'm too tired (and as a university student with an internet addiction, that's a lot) and I'm generally low on iron so I get dizzy at times, so I've learned how to make a controlled descent from walking/standing; but anything else, no way.
