Yes. This is Justin Bieber.I was having an urge to draw a singer.
And after weeks of mentally deciding who, I decided JB.
Lets get this clear...
I AM a fan.
But, I am not one of those "crazy" fans.
Hope you like it! (:
(It almost didn't fit on the scanner but i think it still came out nicely.)

Exellent. Love the detail you put into the micrphone and the shading is very good too.

The details on the folds in his palm are uncanny.
You blend everything well, except perhaps his arm. There are too many parallel lines in your shading, and the gaps show. It's too obvious even in the smaller view. You could've blended that by dragging whatever you used to blend across the gaps in your shading. But as it is, it's so good already.
And I really must commend you on drawing every pore on the mic. Diligence and patience are good qualities.
And this has nothing to do with your skills, BTW, but I really think you should've picked a reference that shows his face more directly. His face and his pose are so great in this one, though. You did well in capturing that. But still, I don't think he looked his best in this reference you used.
