I thought this wider book would do well with a calm water image, so I decided to do a koi and lilypads, keeping in mind the upcoming anime convention I will be at
Customized sketchbook/journal using a Canson sketchbook, done in polymer clay and painted with acrylic, then sealed repeatedly with glossy topcoat spray to protect the paint and make it shiny, bring out the iridescent qualities. The blue is absolutely sapphire-gorgeous ^_^
7" x 10" blank book with aprox. 200 pages

Do you mind telling me how the clay works? Like, did you have to bake it? Or did it air dry?
And what clays would be similar to polymer clay?

The clay is baked in my oven and one popular brand is Sculpey

Do you attatch the clay to the boo kand then bake the whole thing, or do you bake the lcay and stick it with a strong adhesive?
