So this is a 1st Draft of my competition entry to www.houseofillustratio.org.ukThe Competition is to illustrate 3 scenes from the book 'Brave New World' By Aldous Huxley and 1 Binding cover. Although It requires no text on the front of the binding I have added it in just for DA.
I have not yet finished designing the book cover or the other 3 illustrations... I shall post them when they are done.
The Image is all hand illustrated and water coloured I then scanned and coloured the fluid digitally. The texture used for the text is water coloured also which I then scanned in and did some jiggery pokery on photoshop...

but maby there could be another jar in between the second last and the last.. it makes a bit of a jump from a baby thingy to an adult :> but i still think its brilliant

Lol yeah I guess it does... I guess when I designed it, based on the book they don't actually grow adults just babies, Then they're born and they raise them. I guess I was trying to show that they grow humans but only to a certain point but never the less they are still artificial even as an adult. I know its not very clear but I really appreciate ur advice. I do like when some1 presents me with a opposing view on what Ive done.

nahh surely thats what this site is all about right? if an artist cant take criticism how will they improve.
