hmm.....the details on this are awesome....especiall on the right arm and the waist area. The scarf seems like it would get in the way of some combos though XD! Then again Ryu Hyabusa wears one to......maybe ninja's only ith in cold weather. o.O?!
Something that really bothers me is the way she's standing....seems verry slumped. Almost lazy.....her legs really affect this. Seems like she's standing a bit bowlegged.....but it might be the armour bolgung out from her thighs. And yes the neck is too long.....accually if you raised the sholder jsut a bit then it wouldn't apprea to be that way. The horizontal lins from the scarf also make her neck appear to be resembling a giraff 
I really love the details in this though, making her look a little prouder might do her some justice though. Although Mugen is a verry lazy but awesome ninja. It would suck to erase to try and fix though.....maybe in the coloring it could do some good.

well if you anything like me you've lost interest in it and done forgot about it. I have a tendancy to forget about things i raw.....so they never get finished. Well maybe once in a while XD!!!!! If some jerk comments on it telling me what to do
