I'm pretty sure I've had this laying around in my files for nearly 3 years unfinished.Whoah, we haven't seen this lady in a long time, haven't we!
I did some slight revamping of her face markings too, but I also wanted to include her humanoid form, so it gets the status of pretty faded background that makes all the letters harder to read.
Saelyi was born in Deculan which is the southern most continent in Calibreon. She is a nomad who travels throughout the southern portions of Calibreon, mainly sticking to coast lines and port towns. Any jobs involving fishing and fur capture and trade are game for her. She's basically a tough as hell puffin lady who steals things and doesn't wear pants.
Her bio is still is very roughly developed, but I have some idea of where to take it.

Ah I just did that for her palette. It was in a better place before I decided to paint her

Puffin, eh? Instantly, unquestionably fabulous. I really like the shape of her head; the shape and the colors screams puffin - without actually being a literal puffin, which of course is the point. Amazing work!Ā

Puffins are adorable and really aggressive(who would of thought) and I can totally see her being a badass along with have random moments of adorable shenanigans?? I'd definetly wouldn't wanna mess with her!
But this design is so gorgeous! I love how you can tell it was inspired by puffins but it isn't a puffin thrown on a dragon/ish body if you know what I mean?

Puffins are great. Have you ever gone to Eastern Canada? Cause Newfoundland and Labrador is full of them, it's our provincial bird and everything! They are even cuter in person, especially with how quickly then need to flap their wings X'D
