Her hair looks impressive, both in colour and definition. Like the overall outcome of the portrait. Just try not to "cut" her hands on the frame.

The human eye looks for symmetry and complete parts at the end of each member, if it doesn't find them, it introduces "noise" into our perception.

That's a great photo! You could add more contrast and a little more saturation to make it look a lot better.
