i dont allow any tracing, copying, or heavy referencing of my work but since this is just a photo, im very lenient and yes, you may feel free to paint this~ however i do still encourage you to use it just for inspiration :]

Perfect.....I was thinking something kinda fantasy-ish for it...there would probably be similarities, because to make it look even slightly "real" I would be referencing to get shading and perspective right...but ultimately the painting would probably look quite different and I plan on adding lots of things that aren't there.
