The wire is silver plated. I make all prototypes in silver plated but they can then be made in sterling silver.....bit more pricey

um...i really don't go around saying the same thing over and over again usually XD i gotta stop commenting on posts when i'm really tired XD What i SHOULD have said was, it's absolutely gorgeous, and you were write, the shells didn't need anything else...i love the wire wrapping around them as well...they stand out sooo beautifully. Good job!
