Description I love that pic Frisket did of her character of an Afghan Hound. And Jackel was so thrilled to be drawn as one that she insisted I do her so again. (in fact, I think she has a new nonmorphic form...) So here the two of them are together.

They're clearly ready to burst into motion the moment their leashes are uncoupled, like the good sighthounds they are, eager to course the lure with that swift, freewheeling gait unique to their breed. The question is, what lure is motivating them? I suspect that, at least in Frisket's case, it has something to do with ponies...

Frisket is (c) her artist, and used with permission.

Really nice work. The dogs look great and the markings are well-drawn.

Thanx, hon! I do love the Afghan hounds. They're on the short list of dogs I would keep. Although, I've had the dubious pleasure of grooming one...*once*...and I like furry dogs, I really do, but *damn*. Hello, professional grooming!

As for stylization, yeh, I looove teh stylized, but this breed is so totally extreme to begin with, it dosen't take much. Probably why I like it. I prefer extremity in my dogs.
