I only have two problems with the game so far.
1. It doesn't run the best on my gaming laptop.
2. You can't romance Nick. And that sucks lol

Try turning down the graphics even further? I'm running the game upsampled to 1440x720, with the Ultra Low Graphics and ENBoost mods, and getting very playable framerates (and post-apocalyptic jaggies) on my ancient non-gaming laptop (i5-4200M, GeForce 745M, 4GB RAM). It's not pretty, but it'll keep me over water until I get home to my gaming rig.

I find tht ENBoost doesn't seem to do as much for my performance as the ULG mod, or the optimised textures mod that I chanced upon today. Still, my heart aches at seeing all of those jaggy trees and glitchy shadows lol.
