the softness and the way the frog melts into the background makes this photo a winner for me ^^ that, and the colors + the composition makes this a very good animalportrait.
if i have to be critiqual i would suggest you'd tune the highlights a bit down, they seem a bit to white to be real, and don't match with the beautiful soft tones of the green in the background (for me that is)
