Left : Kakashi Hatake from Naruto doing his Ninjutsu Raikiri/Lightning blade (I know he is blur but it's taken from a streaming video :/ )Right : My Kakashi cosplay
I tried to reproduce the lightning effect on Photoshop...it wasn't easy for me though ^^'
