argh, i hate backgrounds, HATE HATE HATE. i really do. argh, the most time spent on is the face though, i'm guessing the rest doens't look too good... areg, stupid tree, i tried to make her glow, i swear i was gonna rip my hair out cause it didn't look glowy T_T my skill and talent have degraded, not that i had any to start with... argh, does that even look like anythign in the background?

Oh, i forgot, i drew this to submit to the :anime-artists: contest, and here's her bio and background:

Name: Nianthiel
Race: The Fair Folk from celtic legends, descended from the Tuatha de Danann. Believed to be spirits of elements.
Age: Unknown

Little is known of her from others, only that she's secretive and will not appear except on a full moon and even then she has to be called out. She is thought to be a descendant of the Goddess and her element is water. She's able to control the waters of Erin and she dwells in the dwindling forests. She comes from another plane where the Fae age very slowly so she has never aged much at all, even if one sees her after thousands of years, she'll forever retain her beauty and life until the forests are gone, the forests are the portal to the other plane.
