A nice picture. I like her wings and the background looks so dreamy and misterious.
Some troubles with her right arm. It should be visible in this pose...
But well, the picture overall is good!

Wow. This is gorgeous. I love the blue tones you used, especially for her skin, and I really like how her hair contrasts with her skin. I also like how she seems to be almost glowing in the moonlight.

Her hair was light blue at first, but I thought it would be just too much blue in the drawing... I'm glad it made a good effect!
