I just love all the glow and glitter. Somehow, you made the little that show of her clothes really, really nice. x3
The contrast with dark and white in hair and skin looks good too. The way you did the lips is good too, and eyeshadow gives this nice extra touch too.

And yeah, white hair is pretty interesting to work with, though i always find it hard since it feels so hard to add different shades into it! haha xD
