This is so far the ONLY time that I find the thick goo out of place. It's just not working with the rest of the character for me, idk.
Other than that, she looks pretty awesome; I especially like the shading work ^^

uh, I love this combination of dark black & grey tones and sparkly purple/blue parts.
You did an awesome job on bringing these two aspects of her design together and make it all look neither too bright, nor too dark.

I think if they're shaded too extreme, they look more creepy. Pastels look awesome with this exact touch of shading you use for them. It's visible, it's obviously there, it IS shading, but it's not so extreme that the character starts looking too dark
