Another excellent vector portrait. I'm not so sure the black outline of the face helps the image, but it's something different. The eyes are beautiful (again!). And the hair is also beautiful, my only suggest is maybe a few more levels on the face, it seems a little flat.

i love the eyes and the hair. i think the black outline's fine, but i would've put it other places in the image too, just here and there... (around the nose, shirt, chin).

wow, nicely done! it's all very smooth, and color of the eyes are fantastic, and the shading of the hair is wonderful. the only thing i'm not crazy about is the thick black outline around her

GRRRR, i like the piece its aswome because i like this sorta style but i don't know how to do it, i'm told its to do with vectors but i don't know what to do. I have PSP i can get adobe illustrator and photoshop but i still ahve no clue how to do it. So if you could explain ti to me that'd be awsome...like this pic.

it is indeed vectors, I did this in illustrator CS. I'm not to familiar with PSP these days so I don't know if they can even work with vectors :/
Just do a search on google for illustrator tutorials or vector tutorials and have a play, easiest way to learn is to do imo.
