Back to Wolf O'Donnell x Sailor Venus, here's a touching moment between the couple. It's worth mentioning that Wolf's origin story has unfortunately never been touched upon in the games, but my friend eta-gamma-14 , came up with a tragic backstory for him, and that inspired this.
One night, Wolf and Minako talk about their histories. Minako talks about how her past as Sailor V wasn't easy (I'm going with the 90's anime version), in that she became isolated from her friends and had to deal with the pressures of responsibility. Then while she lived in London, a guy she loved, Alan, fell in love with her friend Katarina, who she looked up to as a big sister. Not wanting to get in the way of their happiness, Minako faked her death and remained that way until the visited Japan.
Then it was Wolf's turn. Before his years on Corneria and Venom, Wolf lived a happy life on his home planet with his parents when he was younger. That is until a mega corporation took over the planet and forced everyone to work in factories. Over time, poverty, disease, and hunger rose drastically and the environment was devastated by pollution. In the end, in the midst of escaping, Wolf's parents were shot to death by corporate thugs who also gave Wolf his famous scar. To make things really sad, Wolf's mother was pregnant when they killed her, so Wolf not only lost his parents but his unborn younger sibling. The mega corporation was forced off the planet, but there was nothing left of Wolf's home planet to keep him tied down, so he left without looking back. All this led to him becoming the mercenary he'd be.
Minako teared up and told Wolf how sorry she was. And seeing her in the light from inside, Wolf realizes that Minako is the best thing that's ever happened to him in a long time. And this is one of the things that helps their relationship go forward.
