One of the few pieces i have done outside of school recently. That didnt stop me from turning it in for a grade instead of rushing to do something else during finals week. wow i am lazy.Nobody rip this off or i WILL kill you...

Now this is cool! Love the blue jeans for the flag--has a blue collar feel to it which compliments the factory, yet at the same time since the refinery is silhouetted you can't help but think of some evil fat corporate exec sitting down to a steak dinner with poor people looking in the window.

Very well done! I wish you couldn't still see the outline of the stripes in the darkness of the silhouettes; seems to subtract a bit from the sharpness. But still very neat.

i actually painted the red stripes over the silhouettes so that the red would still be visable, but transparent enough not to lose the detail of the buildings and equipement
one of my class mates said that the stripes reminded him of bars, like those of a cage or a prison...a thought that i didnr mind in the least
