So my opinion is EXTREMELY skewed because I am IN LOVE with Frozen, but make no mistake, InekJaffar is not to be taken lightly here. To call the amount of detail on Elsa's face impressive it to understate heavily. I am simply astounded by how well this is drawn. Her face is just so beautiful, such emotion resonates, and the impact is huge. You can see the sorrow in her eyes. I do feel a bit that the artist "slacked" on the lower portion of Elsa and more so focused on her face. Alas, the "Technique"portion is lowered. Also, can't grant a 5 for originality, and I think everyone can understand that. Not the first of it's kind, but I think one of the most graciously executed. There is nothing that distracts me from the emotion on Elsa's face. The nice touch with the ice crystal in her hand is also a powerful image if you relate it to the everlasting winter she cast on her kingdom.
Overall, this is beautiful. I don't care what anyone says, i'd put this on my wall. Good job.

Hello Morasso here^^

since this is my first critique and the fact that I'm from Germany, my English may sound a little childish and I hope you forgive me BUT I didn't fave this pic for nothing. So here we go:

At first the Background. Extraordinary!!! The sky with the dancing snowflakes intensifies Elsa brilliantly. The colours really delivers the perfect atomsphere.

Now Elsa: Just Wow... the look in her eyes is alarmingly cold and sad. In my opinion just a more realistic way of portraying the Ice Queen. Her vesture fits very well and you can even see the ice in her gown. Totally stunning. The colouring is amazing. The proportion is very well realised.

So all in all this Elsa portrait is perfect. I'm very moved by the loneliness in her eyes. Although I don't like the sad look I gotta admit, that this is by far, the most stunning picture I've seen in a while.

So good work, keep it up and I eagerly wait for more e.deviantart.net/emoticons/w/w… " width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="387" title=" (Wink)"/>

What really caught my eye about this piece was the contrast, which is brilliant. If the background had faded a little darker on the righthand side--even just in the corners--I think the depth could have been bigger. Would have liked to have seen darker colors in the background on the lefthand side of her body --especially around the curve at the small of her back and the arm on the left to better seperate the body from the background.

The detail in the face, hair, and the shoulder on the left is great, but in the dress it's kind of fuzzy and lost. You could probably make a few of the sequins sharper and more defined and given the edge of the bodice near the arm on the right a more jagged, less-smooth curve due to the sequins.

The hand and the forearm on the left bother me a lot. The size of the hand is too large and the foreshortening of the forearm is wrong. The size of that arm compared to the one behind her is too drastically different, even if one is further away from the other.

To end on a positive note: you're very talented and I can't wait to go through your gallery e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/>

I love this picture.

One thing I like about it so much is the soft detail you gave her. Her eyes reflect fear of knowing what she's capable of, and her expression tells a story as well as her form. You definitely spent a lot of time on her face. One thing that I notice is that there is a ton of detail in the snowflake she has above her hand. This sticks out the most to me. The shading is perfect - and I love what you did to her hair and eyes. Her dress is beautiful, and the background reminds me of outer space with all the stars and such. Your effort shows throughout the piece, and I hope you continue to do beautiful work.

I really like this piece. I love the details on her face and hair! It looks like you took a lot of time on her face! You also gave it the proper shape and form. I also appreciate the details on the snowflake she is holding! That is impressive. I know it takes patience, something I lack as I get older!

The only thing I noticed, was that you gave great detail to things like her face and the snowflake, but things like her dress didn't really get that treatment. That may be because it was the last thing you drew for Elsa so you did it a bit quicker. (That would be the case with me anyway....that whole patience thing......) I feel like the detail of the picture is focused on her face and then as the picture goes down a little further it kind of melts a little. Maybe you were going for a snowy wind effect or the blur. I'm not sure. It is just what I noticed. I feel like maybe it should have been just as detailed as the rest of her. But, maybe it is just me.

Really, the picture is great! I can't say anything really, because I don't have a lot of experience in digital PAINT because I don't have a proper program or canvas program on my computer to use.

It is beautiful. It is one of the most detailed pictures of Elsa's face I have seen on DeviantArt yet. So, wonderful job! Beautiful technique!

I always try make my arts too details... and i wanted to practice something different becouse  too much details is not good for painting...
I wanted to focus on her face and make rest of it as colorfull paint.
And it was  a little fast drawing for fun afrer seeing Frozen movie becouse I don't have so much time for draw now
In future i will draw  more frozen fanarts and i hope that it will better ^^

I honestly don't have time for it either. I definitely understand. If this was supposed to be a quick paint or a speed paint, then you did  MARVELOUS! Wow! As far as something being better next time, don't get me wrong, this is great! You did a wonderful job! Her face is amazing! And that detailed snowflake is too! It really is a great piece!

this is an great piece of good artwork.
Vision: i can clearly see the subject matter. great use of colour here. however i don't quite understand the background as it looks like she is in space.

Originality: a great piece that does stand out from the crowd.

technique: a great technique used. i love how there is little snow flakes in her hair.
i love the use of the colours.

Impact: this piece gives alot of impact as first you are hit with this pretty girl and the snow flake. the blue around this girl brings her out which causes a great impact.

great work keep it up
