Some Shadow Wilson because I’m trash.
Time to get re-acquainted with my Wacom Tablet and Sai.
Be that as it may, I spent waaaay too much time doing this. Like. At Least four hours without a break.
Worth it tho.
Also, why doesn’t Sai have a polygonal lasso tool? it’d make the whole paper cutout thingy way easier. But hey, even though messier freehanded, still good, huh?

I would have already posted a WIP on Tumblr, but it's like thirty to midnight where I live and had to go to bed before I could post it.
Which is probably a good thing, seeing as even coffee wouldn't sober me up at six AM next morning with such an uneven schedule

And Sai does have a lasso tool, it's next to the magic wand. Granted it's not the polygonal lasso too, but it's a lasso thing for free selection nonetheless ^^

I drew him in the shadow skin, in reality he's a real dork. XD
It's been real long since I've drawn on the desktop, but always just grabbed my dad's tablet and drew on the couch. Feels good to have more control over the drawing.
And yep, I used the lasso tool instead of polygonal lasso, doesn't have the paper cutout effect the cinematics have, but still good. c:

Yep, but still, better something than nothing. And the paper cutout can be quite nifty when you place it in an animation, it kinda stands out, so the sticker look is kinda mandatory XD
Kinda like if you slap it onto a background and let it roll
