I like how it literally illustrates that odd thing about Vulcans (and likely even Romulans as well to some secret extent) with how they have those occurrences of being MURDEROUSLY BONKERS!

For some reason I love the little symbolic heart. Probably because you wouldn't expect the iconic kind instead of the anatomical image. But it fits with your theme here.

Think of it like this, most of my humanlike characters start as a naked sketch. Then they get clothes. So basically, they've all been naked once

Vulcans have a bit of a savage in their heart, tho they are pretentious and ignore it. Then the savageness trolls them in the form of 'Pon farr'.
