Thanks Stacy. Yes, I'm using Manga Studio EX5. I really like it, now keep in mind I'm so new at all this that I really don"t have anything to compare it to but so far it seems to do everything I need it to do. One of these days I'm going to try it out for colours, but right now I'm just concentrating on inks.

Yeah, I hear it's not really very good for coloring. Photoshop is great for coloring. If Photoshop isn't in your budget (it's crazy expensive! oy!) Paint Tool Sai is pretty good for coloring too.
I'm using Manga Studio EX4 for inking. I LOVE it! I used to ink in Paint Tool Sai - which works great for that - but Manga Studio, IMO is even better for inking. If you want any tips or want to know my brush settings let me know.

The reviews that I have read about the new version of Manga Studio EX5 say that they have improved the colour portion of the program. Again, nothing to compare it to so I just have to take their word for that. As far as tips and brush settings, I would welcome anything you'd be willing to share with me. Thanks again for all your help, you may make an artist out of me yet! LOL!!!!
