Description
the finished version of the Pussy Willow faerie. there's a faint aqua glow in the background that got mostly eaten by the scanner, but as it's rather close to non-photo-blue, it's understandable.

A lot of people have said that the fairy in this looks rather sad, which really wasn't my intent. I was trying to go for a shy expression, possibly worried, but not sad. so... she's not sad, dammit! she's just sweet and shy!

Another fairy in this series in currently in the works, a Mimosa fairy. she's much more outgoing and a little punky. going to do at least 3 faeries kinda like this, just haven't decided on what flowers to do. (no, I'm not going to do Rose or Violet or Daisy, or the other flowers that everyone makes faeries of. i'm doing pretty, unusual flowers that most people aren't familiar with.)
