My second of two pieces that I promised . He wanted Derpy Hooves in the piece; I gave him a bonus Twilight Sparkle.

yeah she is. that's how she's able to fly around and deliver the mail. the joke is that because Derpy is a little bit... off, she doesn't recognize that gravity is supposed to work how it does, and thus she can do things like stand on the ceiling. it's kind of like Pinkie Pie's ability to break the fourth wall, except in Derpy's case I'm pretty sure she doesn't know she's doing it.
