Description I'm pretty proud of this.

Earlier this year (technically last year XD) my social studies class did a unit on Hinduism. It's a very obscure religion but I really enjoyed learning about the caste system and getting 100% on the test.
I came up with the idea to do a Pokemon representation of the Hindu trinity, the three main gods of Hinduism - Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva. Brahma would probably be Arseus, Mew would obviously be Vishnu, but I chose the Latis as the Pokemon for Shiva because in their movie, Latios dies but comes back to life, representive of the wheel of Samsara that Shiva represents.
I like Latias better so I chose her as a base (and Shiva is mostly represented as female.) The tips of her wings are made to look like a scepter that Shiva caries, and the moon, hourglass and snake are symbols for the god. The circle of fire in the back represents the circle of fire that Shiva dances in, representing reincarnation.

Done entirely with my tablet, with a sketch for reference. Overall I'm pretty happy with this. I love drawing with warm colors.

Good thing I still remember the Hindu gods.

I have some in my notebook, but it's at school.

This one I know.

This is curious. It is sometimes rather fun to see "gods" in Pokemon.

Thanks. That's kinda what i'm going for, and also because everyone seems to focus on the greek/roman and japanese gods.
