Mami Tomoe at Animarathon XI.She is decidedly my new favorite costume, from the hand-made corset to hand-made muskets. So much work went into this cosplay, and I'm very happy with how it came together. I took Best Expert in the masquerade, and looking forward to competing with her again at Colossalcon this summer.

I kinda have to agree with . It looks like if you would kick someone their body part would explode. If you happened to be Chun-Li and there was a Chun-Li contest at a con you would win hands down. If your shoulders are your best feature though then maybe you should do a gender-bent Akira Yuki from Virtua Fighter. He uses most of his body (shoulders, back, elbows, knees) to fight and has really strong shoulders.

That's one of the reasons that I'm probably never going to retire my Soi Fon cosplay even though I've fallen out of the Bleach fandom. It also helps that I have my Taekwondo training behind me to make poses for that cosplay more legit haha.

Chun-Li is like the King of kicking people in the face. They build shrines and statues dedicated to her godliness in different parts of Asia just cause she is that awesome and stuff. If you did cosplay as her you would do her justice!
