Description This was the first ' professional ' shoot I ever did. And the client contacted me to shoot them... felt great


I was still only shooting for fun, as a hobby, but it was a real eye opener to shoot FOR something, so I think ChΓ© unintentionally pushed me further and faster into the world of pro photography.


ChΓ© Dorval is the winner of David Fosters star search 2006, and a small selection of her music can be found at this link.

I was digging through some of my portrait work, since I have very little online, and want to book some more shoots.

I think there are 3 or 4 with her blowing on a dandelion. I remember there was two she blew on tho..

usually i dont use burst, i find its cheating

I'm quite stunned at just how crisp she stands out against her background, almost as if she were cut and paste. Absolutely gorgeous treatment of colour as well, where she seems to literally absorb sunlight and emit a glow of her own
