Matt has to remain as The Doctor for at least ten years. AT LEAST!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll explain...
As you know, in season 6 episode 4, The Doctor's Wife, The Doctor receives a message from The Corsair, an old Timelord friend of his. Exact lines on him/her were as such
"See that snake? The mark of The Corsair, fantastic bloke. He had that snake as a tattoo in every regeneration. Didn't feel like himself unless he had the tattoo, or herself a couple of times. Ooh, she was a bad girl!"
Anyhoo, my point is that it is possible for a timelord to become female. Therefore, in a minimum of ten years, by which time, I will be 24, out of college, and ready to be the next Doctor, I will be able to simply because a Timelord can become a girl even if all of his previous regenerations were male! So, you're talking to the next Doctor, who I admit is very crazy.
