Back when Jinx was still Patrick he'd always got bullied. Dragons called him names sutch as Jinx. Jinx was always saying to Horis, His older brother, how mutch he wished something like shape shifting was a thing. To use magic to turn into someone different.
One day, when Horis came to check on him, Jinx was found dead. No suspect was ever caught. Leaving Horis in a enternal search for killers (more in his REF)
After death. Jinx was greeted by the gods. They offerd him a place as a Racemaker. The Gods where inpressed by his Shape Shifter idea.

And so he became Jinx. The Gaurdian and Racemaker of Shape Shifter Dragons.
When the Gods asked him for a new name he wanted to have, since you cant use your real name as a God, he choose Jinx. Using his once weakness as his power.

Personality.
Chaotic, smart, good thinker, loyal, Hides his shame, Loves to fool around as Shape Shifter.

Aperence:
-Dark blue fur to hide at night time.
-Blue hair. Seemingly he had this since he was born.
-2 different eyes. Same as Horis. only opisite sides.
-Life Rings? Aperently Horis tried to bring Jinx back with them, but failed.
-Floating tail blades move indepently.
-2 different wings. One Dragon, one bird like.
-Markings on the arms looks like a kite. He loved doing this with Horis when they where young.
