Well I don't use mspaint, so I'm not going to create an mspaint base. Just get either gimp or PS.

hey, I use MS paint. It dose not suck. I have GIMP but i don't know how to use it. so i use MS paint. MS paint is easy to navigate.

Seriously? You think Paint doesn't suck? For fuck's sake, it doesn't even have transparency or layers, two of the most basic things practically every art program has! Paint doesn't even have filters or a proper colour picker! Not even brushes that you can add or ANYTHING!

Not to be 'unreasonable' or 'stubborn', but, MS paint, can be for beginners, and at least it comes with the computer. Heck for my work I use MS Paint and PowerPoint for transparency, no fancy program or anything.  So in the end, MS Paint good because a lot of people use it and it's free, not just in money but time, and whatever you use, not so good, because your wasting minuts of live, looking at the download bar... waiting... waiting... waiting...

Every Paint user I've met is unreasonable, stubborn, refuses to acknowledge that there are better programs out there, and basically are just plain stupid.
