Axe burst through the doors to the medic bay, rage and fear clung to his spark as his optics glance at the medic Wispshot, Her optics looked at him then away as no words came from her lips. Axe’s optics soften as he turn to walk into the room, without thought he walk swiftly to the medic berth and lean over to look at Silverlight, he had vow to Dai atlas to protect her with his life. Yet here she lay fighting for her very own life; though her body had been repaired by circle medics she laid there motionless. Axe let out sigh as he moved his hand to gently stroke side of Silverlight face, bringing his face close to hers he whisper softly “I’m here….Silverlight I’m so sorry, please wake up..” Axe battle to keep his emotions in check, without even realizing it, he had grown to care about her a great deal. He deny it so long just saying it was his job to protect her, and always give cheeky smile which always did get her to laugh, yet it was her laughter he missed the most. As Axe lower his head to rest on Silverlight forehead, for the first time he didn’t know what to do, optics looked at her gentle face, still though all that happen she still remain peaceful looking. Biting his lower lip, Axe could only shake his head “Should never left your side, never let you face Shockwave alone.” he moved pull her into his embrace, he felt pain before but this pain was all new to him. He lean forward to kiss the top of her head softly then lay her back down onto the berth.
Axe’s blue optics just stay on her frail form, watching for any movement from her; as the bleep of monitors reading her spark core energy wave, moving one hand to his chin. He looked over to move his fingers over the slender hand that rested within his own hand as he whisper softly, just clear enough for Silverlight to hear “Promise you this, once we leave Cybertron our new home be will be perfect and the darkness will never reach us there.” his optics linger to the shadows knowing all too well that the fallen knight will return, as his free hand from his chin to place it over Silverlight hand.
