Description
It has been a loooooooong time since I drawed one of my favorite couples - Sesshomaru and Kagome. So I did a fast drawing of them. And while I was sketching I came up with a whole background story for my drawing.

Kagome and her friends are fighting the vile creature Naruko once again. The battle is fierce and our friends are in a dire situation. Kagome, who is standing a bit at the back by her self, see Naruko's tentacles flying through the air in her direction; and she has no chance of defending herself or flee. She looks for Inuyasha for help, but see him running to Kikyo to defend her from Naruko’s attack. Her eyes widened with disbelief that her Hanyu has left her, to protect someone that is already dead. Kagome is now open with no way out. Naruko’s attack slashes thru Kagome’s flesh, flinging her up in the air, and hurl her to the ground. She loses consciousness.
Sesshomaru, who is some distance away, caught the scent off Kagome’s blood. He stiffens and dart to the place where the scent is coming from. When he arives to the scene he ses his brother proteckting the clay pot and Kagome laying unconsius on the forest flor. The sight infuriate him, and he attacks Naruko and kills the vile creature off. But of course it’s just another doll. He picks Kagome up, declared that she now belongs to him, because Inuyasha is not fit to be her protector anymore, hence he failed in doing so, when he cast her life away. Inuyasha of course doesn't like hearing this. At first he starts to object to Sesshomaru's statement. But after Sesshomaru gives him a glare that says "If you say another word I'm going to kill you" he is wise enough to keep his mouth shut, because he is feeling guilty for leaving Kagome and got her hurt in the process.

(Yes, Sesshomaru has two arms. Kagome has helped him to get his arm back. They have actually met alone on several occasions, and they both have developed feelings for eachother. But they don't yet know that they're feelings are mutual).
