Description This picture took far longer to make than I wanted it to.  Positioning lights and so on.

I felt like making something related to Fallout: Equestria - Project Horizons.  Mainly because I'll be needing a good cover image for when I start making music inspired by it.

I think it's her natural eye colour.  That or that's what her cybernetic eyes look like.

I can't remember, it's been far too long since I've read Project Horizons.
