However, once, playing with her friends in one of the rooms, she suddenly felt a strong pain in her left eye. She stopped the game, being asked to join it again. She refused as the pain was gaining strength. Some time later it became unbearable, her eye turned black and wrinkled starting bleeding with a dark liquid. As the pain became stronger her uncontrollable rage also strengthened. Finally something clicked in her head; the scratches on the legs opened and a lot of eyes were staring from them. Then she killed one of her friends with a pair of scissors, pulled out her own and victim’s left eyeballs and switched them. One of the orphans home’s worker noticed a dead girl’s body and another girl, bleeding and crying, nearby the body with eyes covering all her legs, understood what that had been something paranormal and they had better not mess with it. So she rescued Veronica from the police, leaving her in the woods and soon became arrested by the police. As soon as Veronica hid in the woods, a wildfire started, so the police stopped searching thinking the girl died there.
But Veronica had escaped the wildfire safely, and from this point she lived on her own, trying to study and taking underworks. The eye she stole from her friend became light-blue (like her own), while originally it was brown.
About once a year or year and half her left eye started to hurt terribly, so Veronica was forced to find a victim and steal their eyeballs.
She turned 23 when she entered a medical institute in a town to study ophthalmology and surgery. The eye pain returned every month and Veronica had to find a victim to steal their eye monthly. In this town Veronica rents an apartment and underworks.

Personality: Veronica is a friendly and cheerful person, optimistic and careless. While hunting almost always smiles, has an iron nerve. She is curious and hard-working, though she is naive.
But she has many fears as well, such as fear of darkness and mirrors, and is subjected to sudden rage attacks.
