i know these birds, we don´t have them around here, but they live at my sister´s place out in the country some 150 kms away - they are masters of imitation: imitating other birds...
wonderful picture - you captured the golden touch perfectly - when you see them fly around in nature it´s a surprising sight, they almost come like tropical birds!

i see - but perhaps you know the starlings? they are also masters of imitation - i´m convinced that they tell us how the birds sound in africa when they come back in spring from there - once i heard one imitating chickens and a buzzard when he came back - i talked to him and said: "you want to tell me, you´ve been to africa?!? i´m not stupid..."

This Gorgeous Forest Bird is not only Very Beautiful but its' singing is mesmerizing and combined with the echo of the deep forest it gives me endless chills !!!
