Well, it took a while but here is the final. Had just too many other things going on. This was fully rendered in airbrush in Photoshop CS, except for the background which I manipulated reference photos. The original reference for the Willy came from [link] which I am trying to add a link to. The photo is still better than my art, with way more natural character in the car surfaces, but hey! Except for the wheels and tires which took forever to render to look real, the rest of the car is pretty different I think. Anyway, I hope it wasn't a problem to use it for inspiration.Related content

I love the reference photo but I still feel you brought something different to the table & I love this work also.
let me know if he gets pissed over you using his photo for a reference & I won't bother asking him if I can draw any of his cars to
