As someone who has become fond of goats, Baranka/Barash is rather beautiful, if peculiar in the moment of her having two souls in one body for the moment. Not sure of the context, however. Still, beautifully illustrated.

By all means, go right ahead. Though it appears to be a series of anthro variants of these round characters, the cast of a particular series.

Yes, in the actual cartoon all these characters are ball-shaped and they hardly ever wear clothes.
It's a Russian animated series called "Смешарики" (translit. "Smeshariki", literally "funny balls"), there are 2 English titles for it: "Kikoriki" and "Gogoriki". On YouTube there are nearly all episodes in Russian and some episodes in English. The show is Flash-animated, its continuation is done in CG but it's not that interesting. There are 9 main characters and the mascot of the franchise is the light-blue rabbit named Krosh (in English he is known as Jumpy, Krash and Pogo). It's a good cartoon, not too childish and with a bit of philosophy. There are also a few spin-off series.

How does the pretty goat character fit into the cast and this talk of two souls in her body?

Heh, they go through a wormhole and become the opposite gender. Makes sense now.
