No, Clockwerk, or Horus as I call him, had red eyes when he was mortal. You can see in the cutscenes.

yeah I used Jaeh's version for some references for the clothing. He did an excellent job with his work. And yes , hopefully for Sly 5 him and Sly are going to have alittle heart to heart conversation.
