I doubt anyone remembers the Spoiler, too bad, I always thought she was cool. RIP.Stephanie Brown, a.k.a. Spoiler, is a fictional character, a DC Comics costumed hero that is part of the "Batman Family". She first appeared in Detective Comics #647. Stephanie Brown is the daughter of the Cluemaster, one of Gotham City's third-rate villains.

Thanks, I always liked Steph as Spoiler but the way she became Robin, it was obvious that she was put there just to be killed off and for Tim to come back. Speaking of Tim, he goes all to pieces when Connor dies and tries relentlessly to clone him back to existence but Stephanie, his longtime GF and partner gets barely a tear?!? Whatsupwiththat?!?!

Her stint as Robin sucked, but I really like her Spoiler persona. She was pretty cool as a love interest for Tim Drake. She would have worked as Robin if her costume looked more like her Spoiler gear----hood and all.

You have a good point there with maybe a custom Robin outfit. But then again, it was DCs intention to kill her off so why waste time designing a cool spoiler/robin variant costume?

Steve, you rock. Here's the deal: I loved Spoiler. She was kick-ass, girl-power pre-spice girls; however, I loathed her as Robin. Really, loathed. Like, I liked Jason Todd better.

i\m not a big fan of changing the character's identity unless it fits in with the story. I hate :comic book gimmicks" designs to get a quick sales boost on a lagging title.Also I don't thing Stephanie would have become Robin. It would be an insult to her. For a while she has been the spoiler without the approval of batman. She was strong enough to make spoiler a name in itself! I didnt see her just discarding that identity. I think she would be proud of it!
