Forgot about this one! April-May, somewhere thereabouts. I spent a ridiculously long time on this one, but it's my favorite out of my painting portfolio.Acrylic, modeling paste, tissue paper and pen on 18x24 canvas.

Is "Almagam" some new word I haven't heard of, or did you just spell amalgam wrong?

I like this - those checkered red and white squares/tiles look like platforms, as if this is some kind of surreal/dream-like setting somewhere. I think you did a good job with colour choice and the actual composition side of it - it works really well to bring out that surreal feel. Great job.
