In my remake of my fan-made Sonic X scene, the scene takes place several episodes after Cosmo's fate, and few hours after the three anti-hero characters Dr. Eggman, Shadow, and Rouge's sucessfully defeating the last remaining, but a huge powerful Matarex villain than the previous Matarex from Episode 77, that somehow manage to survive the destruction of Materix planet, the Death Egg was destroyed, which it killed the last Matarex villain, but sadly sacrifices Shadow, Rouge, and Eggman too.

Before their deaths, Sonic and his friends sadly said goodbye to Eggman, Shadow, and Rouge because they decided to stay at Death Egg for their own fate, and they evacuated the Death Egg with innocent prisoners, and as they escape, the whole Death Egg explodes with a huge explosion, thus ending their threat of ending the world once and for all.

The Egg Planet was no more, Sonic and their friends including Cream, and Cheese return home right after midnight, feeling sadden, and emotional about their pass they went through and they had no choice, but they went to bed. Hours later right before dawn, Tails wakes up, dreaming about his loss of his love interest Cosmo, which makes him in deep tears, and he decides to go outside as the sun slowly begins to rise. Tails suddenly notices a figure in front of him, in deep tearful shock, and he finds out that it was Cosmo!

Cosmo had came back to life unexpectedly, and Tails' eyes begins to wiggle in tears even more and walks to Cosmo, who had a same reaction as Tails; In tears too, and Cosmo reveals that the death of the last reaming Matarex villain that reverted hers, and her family's death too and many deceased characters. Tails was super-glad that he got her love interest back, and Tails and Cosmo begins hugs heavily in deep tears and cries heavily as they finally have their reunion as the sun rises up in dawn, much like when Amy was glad that Sonic returned to her after Sonic's battle, thus the beginning of the new era of Tails and Cosmo.
