Once again great stuff, your knots are always excellent, Do you visualise your own designs or base them on architecture / carvings you've seen? It's about 50/50 with me, I've also found some great books that help me out during times of little inspiration

Yes, I base some designes on ancient Celtic, Armenian, Slavonic and Georgian architecture, carvings and, sometimes, jewellery... And at the same time several knots are of my own

I think this is what makes this artform so special, not only is there such a rich past for us to draw upon transcending mere generations, touching art through history and carried on through people like us now, absolutely superb
