I took a bit of a different perspectives to their characters here. Hard to notice, but I tried. ;u; Noah is the kind of guy who seems confident, will spit in the face of death, and basically doesn't give a shit about anything. But deep down, he's insecure and scared as hell. He's cracking under the pressure of not knowing what's going on, the pressure of losing control. We don't know much about Kevin, but I think it's safe to say he's pretty freaked out too.
They're just both deathly afraid of what they might become (or, now, what they've already become).
