It's my favorite as well the only issue I have with this cosplay (IV stand) is when I'm at smaller cons at Hotels...Stairs are the devil with something like this LOL...

yeah, the IV stand did get cumbersome at times and navigating became more of a hassle the longer i wore it. not to mention the tubing and wrist tape/bandage. but i think the pay off of wearing it was WAY worth it.
next i plan to add the bandolier of low-intensity photos that i didn't have time to add this time around, like you had. make some nose blood as well

hahaha definitely worth it. Yeah I'll put on some nose blood then at my next con. The best part about wearing this in January at Anime Los Angeles was that there were mermaids in the pool for me to photoshoot with!!!

and you can buy wigs online and certain cosplay as well. or you can make it yourself if you know anybody who can sew/create clothing
